Thoughts and ideas in our heads. They seem to have different shapes and textures, different smells, colors and consistencies. Layers. There are soft, viscous thoughts that envelop your consciousness and resonate in every cell of your body. They have long been you. Thoughts that are hard and sharp like stones wander in search of shelter. The waves inside me throw them onto the shore of mind or file down their sharp edges. Those that have lost their edge may one day take root here. I observe.
